| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 청소년의 정서인식 부족 및 인지적 정서조절 전략과 내재화 문제의 관련성을 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 특히 인지적 정서조절 전략이 정서인식 부족과 우울 및 사회불안의 관련성을 매개하는지 중점적으로 살펴보았다. 서울과 경기에 소재한 3개 고등학교 1, 2학년 남녀 청소년 297명을 대상으로 질문지법을 사용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 평균, 표준편차, t검증, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 이용해 자료를 분석하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년의 정서인식 부족은 부적응적 정서조절 전략, 우울 및 사회불안과 높은 정적 관련성을 보였다. 또한, 부적응적 정서조절 전략은 우울 및 사회불안과 높은 정적 관련성을 나타낸 반면, 적응적 정서조절 전략은 우울과 부적 관련성을 나타냈다. 둘째, 적응적 정서조절 전략은 정서인식 부족과 내재화 문제의 관계를 매개하지 않았으나, 부적응적 정서조절 전략은 정서인식 부족과 우울 및 사회불안의 관계를 모두 부분적으로 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 청소년기의 주요 내재화 문제인 우울과 사회불안을 구분하여 이들과 관련된 정서 과정을 구체적으로 알아봄으로써 내재화 문제의 예방 및 치료에 필요한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. | - |
