- Abstract
- 이 연구는 자기결정성 이론(Deci & Ryan, 1985)의 관점에서 청소년 운동선수가 지각한 코칭행동과 정서 간의 관계에서 자율적-통제적 행동조절의 매개효과와 연구모형의 안정성을 검증하였다. 연구대상은 고등학교 운동선수 370명(남자=258명, 여자=112명)이었다. 자료는 기술통계, 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식모형 분석, 다중집단분석을 이용하여분석되었다. 구조방정식모형 분석의 결과 자율적-통제적 행동조절이 자율성 지지 코칭행동과 긍정적 부정적 정서 간의 관계를 부분적으로 매개하지만, 통제적 코칭행동과 긍정적 부정적 정서 간의 관계를 매개하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 다중집단분석의 결과 남녀 집단 간의 구조계수, 구조공분산 및 구조잔차는 동일한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 표본분할 집단 간의 구조계수와 구조공분산은 동일하지만, 구조잔차는 집단 간에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 자율성을 지지하는 코치의 행동이 선수들의 자율적 행동조절을 이끌어내어 긍정적 정서를 촉진시킨다는 사실을보여준다.
