| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 미국에서 최근에 의회에 제시된 패션디자인 저작권법의 실효성을 파악하고 이에 대한 패션디자인 실무자들의 인식을 알아봄으로써 우리나라에서의 패션디자인 지식재산권 보호에 대한 시사점을 찾는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 미국 시애틀 및 근교에서 활동하는 9명의 패션 실무자들과 인터뷰를 실시하였으며, 인터뷰의 내용을 분석하였다. 인터뷰를 통하여 패션상품기획 과정에서의 창의성에 대한 정의와 복제와 해석의 차이, 다른 디자이너의 작품을 모방하는 것의 윤리성에 대한 문제, 패션디자인의 저작권에 대한 법적 보호 필요성에 대해서 질문하였다. 인터뷰 내용을 통하여 전반적으로 미국의 패션업계 실무자들은 패션상품기획 과정에서의 창의성에 대하여 독창적인 디자인의 개발뿐 아니라 목표고객에 적합하도록 변형하는 과정 또한 창의적 활동으로 여기고 있으며, 패션업계에서의 복제는 패션디자인 저작권 보호의 문제를 윤리적 측면보다는 경제적 또는 실용적 측면에서 바라보고 있음을 알 수 있었다. | - |
