- Abstract
- 본고는 노자 철학 사상이 지닌 함축적 의미와 진수를 소개하고, 노자 사상을 교육의 실천적 차원에서 재조명하여 그 실제적 의미를 탐구한 것이다. 교육의 과정은 거시적 측면에서 보면, 인간의, 인간에 의한, 인간을 위한 활동의 연속적 흐름이다. 그런 점에서 노자의 사변적 자연 철학 사상은 고등교육행정을 이해하는데 상당한 시사점을 준다. 특히 고등교육 인적자원행정은 고등교육을 성공적으로 이끌기 위한 수단으로, 교육행정 가운데서도 중요한 영역 중의 하나이다. 제한된 고등교육 인적자원을 잘 활용하여 쾌적한 교육환경에서 교사 및 교직원들의 전문적 능력을 발전시키고 최대한 직무성과를 올려 최종적인 교육목적을 효과적으로 달성하는 기제이다. 이에 본고는 노자의 철학 사상을 고등교육 인적자원 행정에 적용하여, 관리이념, 관리의 자연법칙, 관리전략, 관리환경 4개 측면에서 분석하였다. 아울러 현재 중국 고등교육 인적자원 행정이 지니고 있는 문제점과 시사점도 비판적으로 제시하였다.
