- Abstract
- 본 연구의 목적은 대졸자 중 현직자를 대상으로 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 대학교육만족도, 직장만족도, 대학진로 및 취업 프로그램 참여도, 전공-직무 일치도의 효과와 관계를 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 대학교육만족도와 삶의 만족도 관계에서 매개변인인 직장만족도, 조절변인인 대학 진로 및 취업 프로그램 참여도, 전공-직무 일치도의 효과를 조절된 매개분석을 통해검증하였다. 분석에는 한국고용정보원의 2018 대졸자직업이동경로조사(2017GOMS) 자료를 활용하였다. 본 연구에 대한 결과는직장만족도는 대학교육만족도와 삶의 만족도의 관계에서 부분적인 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 전공-직무 일치도의 관계에서 유의미한 조절효과를 가졌다. 그러나 대학 진로 및 취업 프로그램 참여도는 대학교육만족도와 직장만족도 사이에서 조절효과가 유의미하지 않은 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 대학생들의 직업만족도와 졸업 후 삶의 만족도 향상을 위해대학에서 개선할 할 부분과 연구의 제한점 및 함의를 제시하였다.
