- Abstract
- 목적 이 연구는 코로나 시대 학생들이 인지하는 대학교육서비스 요인들의 품질과 입학 전 기대생활에 미치는 영향을 학위유형과입학시기에 따라 분석함으로써 대학교육 운영과 개선의 방향을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 방법 이를 위하여 대학생활 기대충족에 미치는 대학교육서비스 요인으로 학교시설, 수업인프라, 전공교과체계, 교수학습, 행정지원, 비교과 프로그램을 선정하여, 2020년도 2학기 종료시점에 K대학교 재학생 4,630명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 데이터를 분석하였다. 결과 연구결과 첫째, 대학생의 기대충족에 영향을 미치는 대학교육서비스 요인으로 전공교과체계, 교수학습, 비교과 프로그램, 학교시설, 행정지원, 수업인프라가 유의하였다. 둘째, 학위유형별로 학부생은 모든 요인이, 석사과정생은 전공교과체계, 교수학습, 비교과 프로그램, 학교시설이, 박사과정생은 교수학습, 전공교과체계가 유의하였다. 입학기시별로 신입생은 전공교과체계, 교수학습, 행정지원, 수업인프라가, 상급생은 모든 요인이 유의하였다. 결론 대학생들의 기대충족을 증진하기 위해서는 대학의 본원적 역할인 교육과정에 대한 체계적인 지원이 중요하며, 물리적 환경에대한 투자와 관리, 학생 특성을 고려한 교육서비스 제공과 지원이 필요하다.
