| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 한국 교육행정학 연구에서 근거이론의 활용 실태를 살펴보고 향후 우리 교육행정학계에서 근거이론을 보다 적절히 활용하기 위해 보완되어야 할 부분들을 찾아볼 목적으로 수행되었다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 근거이론의 발전과정과 주요 내용을 살펴보고, 교육행정학 연구에서의 근거이론 활용 실태를 해당 논문 7편을 대상으로 심층적으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과를 토대로 (1) 개념을 지나치게 많이 생성하는 경향 - ‘개념 생성 워크시트’의 적극적 활용, (2) 대부분 미시적이고 속성적인 주제에 치중하는 문제 - ‘분석 초점자’ 시점의 도입, (3) ‘코딩 패러다임’의 지나친 남용 - 모든 범주를 채우기보다는 가능한 범위에서의 개념적 이론화, 관계적 이론화를 시도, (4) 2차 코딩 단계에서 연구가 종료되는 제한된 이론화 과정 - 3차 코딩(이론적 코딩) 과정을 통한 기존 이론과의 연계 혹은 확장·발전 시도, (5) 간호학 분야에서 제시된 기존 교과서의 근거이론 구조 적용의 한계 - 기존 교과서의 맥락, 인과적 조건에 대한 교육행정학 분야 차원에서의 재해석, (6) 연구자의 주관과 준거 틀에 대한 통제의 한계 - 연구자의 정체성 및 이론적 민감성과 관련된 정보를 명확히 기술 등을 시사점과 개선방안으로 제시하였다. | - |
