| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 기질과 부정적 정서표현에 대한 어머니 반응이 청소년의 정서조절곤란에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 수행되었다. 서울에 소재한 중․고등학교에 재학 중인 남녀 청소년 379명을 대상으로 질문지법을 사용하여 자료를 수집하였다. t 검증, 상관분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 이용해 자료를 분석하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기질 중 경직성은 남학생들이 여학생들보다 더 높았고, 부정적 정서표현에 대한 어머니 반응 중 과민 반응은 남학생의 어머니들이 여학생의 어머니들보다 더 높았다. 둘째, 경직성이 높고 활동성과 지속성이 낮을수록, 부정적 정서표현에 대해 어머니가 과민하게 반응하고 무시하는 반응을 보일수록 청소년들은 정서조절곤란을 많이 경험하는 것으로 나타났다. 부정적 정서표현에 대한 어머니 반응은 기질을 통제한 후에도 청소년의 정서조절곤란에 영향을 미쳤다. 이는 청소년기의 정서조절곤란에 있어 어머니 행동이 여전히 중요함을 의미한다. 본 연구의 결과는 청소년과 부모를 대상으로 한 정서조절 프로그램 개발이나 교육 및 상담 현장에 필요한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. | - |
