- Abstract
- 정보의 활용은 개인뿐 아니라, 사회 전체의 신뢰성, 효율성, 소통을 높이고, 이는 사회 전체의 복지수준을 높인다. 본 연구에서는 한국, 중국, 미국, 일본에서 스마트폰 사용자 2,000명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여, 모바일 정보의 활용이 사회의 신뢰도, 효율성, 소통, 그리고 복지(welfare) 인식에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 검증해 보았다. 그 결과 모바일 정보 활용이 높을수록 사회 전체의 효율성, 신뢰도, 소통, 그리고 복지가 높아진다고 인식하였고, 모바일 정보활용이 사회 전체의 효율성, 신뢰도, 소통, 그리고 복지 인식에 미치는 영향은 한국, 중국, 미국, 일본 4개국에서 다르게 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 IT의 사회적 영향과 비교문화적 시사점을 제시하였다.
