- Abstract
- 본 연구에서는 산화물 기반 수평 열전 pn 커플을 제작하고 열전 특성을 조사하였다. 전기방사로 제작된 ZnO와 LaSrCoO3 나노사는 pn 커플의 n-형과 p-형 물질로 각각 이용되었다. n-형과 p-형의 나노사와 이들로 구성된 pn 커플의 제백계수는 각각 -98.4 uV/K, 42.4 uV/K, 그리고 118.8 uV/K로 얻어졌다. 그리고 본 연구에서 제작된 열전 커플은 4.1K의 온도 차이에서 484.7 uV의 전압을 생성하였다.
