- Abstract
- 국가 차원에서 교육과정을 이해하는 것은 해당 교과가 어느 정도의 위상을 갖고 있는지를 확인하는것이다. 본 연구는 창의 인재 양성의 선두주자인 이스라엘의 교육과정과, 컴퓨터과학 교육의 현황을 분석하고, 우리나라 컴퓨터과학 교육의 방향에 대한 성찰을 제시하기 위한 목적이 있다. 이스라엘의 컴퓨터과학 교육은 중학교에서는 자연과학/기술 교과에 통합된 형태로, 고등학교에서는 독립교과로서 위상을유지하고 있다. 2011년에는 중학교 컴퓨터과학 교육과정이 개발되면서 통합에서 독립교과로 변화하고 있었다. 따라서 본 연구는 우리나라의 컴퓨터과학 교육 또한 통합과 독립의 관점에서 교과의 위상이 논의되어야 함을 제시하였다.
